Refunds


Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

  • Good is broken;

  • Good does not match description; or

  • Good is the wrong size.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Thanks for shopping with us Happy Carrot,  we hope you purchase brings joy and amazement.;

  • Please contact us at happycarrotkids@gmail.com before sending any items back: please do not send anything back without any communication prior.; and

  • Please Note: discounted and sale items (including discount code sales) cannot be exchanged unless faulty. Please choose carefully.

Returns


Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
For any undamaged/original product: [unwashed, unworn, unstained with all tags attached], simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: [Soothers & Teethers, Beanies & Hats, Hair Accessories, Underwear, hygiene products, Nappies & Nappy Accessories, Bedding].
